What is going around?

Well I have come down with strep or the flu. I thought it was because of the plane ride (which I dont like).I am very sick now started with a stomach ache then bad headache like a head cold, then started with drainage, thought that was going away then woke up yesterday with a sore throat and it got worse that is what leads me to believe it is strep, I have had it before and I believe this is it. I didnt eat anything on Sunday I dont believe, I know I didnt yesterday and I didnt today. I have just been sticking with water and juice. I will have to hop on the food plan some way. I tried to do some of the exercises, but I feel weak and I really do not feel like eating at all. All of this and I have to get a flu shot next Friday. I cant handle being sick, pain yes but not sick. I got a doctor appt tomorrow. I hope everybody is having fun meeting their goals and feeling good about themselves.
